Dr Emily LeRoux-Rutledge is a social scientist and consultant specialising in research, monitoring and evaluation. She has been working as a researcher since 2004, primarily for non-governmental organisations in the international development sector that have a media, information and communication focus. She has conducted research in more than 25 countries across Africa, Asia and Europe, including Bangladesh, Cambodia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, India, Kenya, Niger, South Africa, South Sudan, Senegal, Serbia, Tanzania, Uganda and the United Kingdom.
She has evaluated the impact of projects across a wide range of themes, including:
